I am leaving the country for an extended period and have two rooms available for rent. All communal living spaces are shared, the kitchen, large living room, dining room, and den areas. The Bedroom is quite spacious with double closets and beautiful private bath. Furnished or Unfurnished Bedroom. Prefer someone without pets, who is neat, considerate and prefers a communal style of living, the house has a very nice vibe and we would like to keep it that way. :) If you would like to keep and care for a few chickens in the backyard there are plenty of coops, there are also garden beds available for planting.
All shared areas should be kept clean and organized. Quiet location on the Eno River with beautiful views and trails. In exchange for maintenance of yard and general cleaning of house I will consider a reduction for rent.
